Shipping is free!
Our chairs typically ship within 24 business hours of receiving payment, which means that orders received on Friday will ship out on Monday. Tracking numbers are provided via email when your package is dispatched. Packages ship via FedEx Ground and require signature confirmation, so please be aware that someone must be present to sign when the package arrives. If you will not be present you can arrange a family member to sign for the package, or go to Fedex.com/delivery to sign remotely, arrange to have the package held at the nearest FedEx office, or make other arrangements.
Shipping via FedEx Ground typically takes 2-5 business days. We ship from warehouse locations in MI and CA. Typically, your order will ship from the closer warehouse, but if that warehouse is out of stock your package will ship from the other location. Please be aware that during peak seasons packing and shipping may take longer than expected, but we will notify you if there is a problem with fulfillment.
The only shipment option is FedEx Ground. Many DXRacer packages are too large to ship via USPS (70 lbs limit). We are not able to accomodate changes to other carriers. In addition to this, there is currently no option for paying for expedited shipping as per warehouse policy.

As an authorized US Distributor, we offer our customers the full factory warranty on our DXRacer products. We also take care of all the paperwork and warranty filing with the manufacturer so that you don't have to lift a finger. Parts and Frame
Your DXRacer comes with a 2 year guarantee on parts. If you are having a problem with your chair that is caused by a defective part it may be replaced free of charge. Please be aware that you may be asked to show evidence of the damage or defect, as well as provide proof of purchase. Turnaround on parts replacements usually takes around a week. DXRacer offers a lifetime guarantee on the frame.
In the event that your problem can not be resolved with replacement parts you may return your chair within 30 days of purchase. The only exception to the 30 day rule is during the Christmas season, where purchases on or after November 1st may be returned through January 10th.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Please note that if your chair is deemed no longer sellable or heavily altered you will not receive a refund.*
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and should be initiated with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The return process may take a few weeks as we need to receive, inspect and coordinate with the shipping department and manufacturer on the return.
*If your chair has simply been assembled and then disassembled without any damage you should receive a refund minus restocking fee.
