Shipping is free! Our chairs typically ship within 24 business hours of receiving payment, which means that orders received on Friday will ship out on Monday. Tracking numbers are provided via email when your package is dispatched. Packages ship via FedEx Ground and require signature confirmation, so please be aware that someone must be present to sign when the package arrives. If you will not be present you can arrange a family member to sign for the package, or go to Fedex.com/delivery to sign remotely, arrange to have the package held at the nearest FedEx office, or make other arrangements.
Shipping via FedEx Ground typically takes 2-5 business days. We ship from various warehouse locations in the USA. Typically, your order will ship from the closer warehouse, but if that warehouse is out of stock your package will ship from a different location. Please be aware that during peak seasons packing and shipping may take longer than expected, but we will notify you if there is a problem with fulfillment.
The only shipment option is FedEx Ground. Many gaming chair packages are too large to ship via USPS (70 lbs limit). We are not able to accomodate changes to other carriers. In addition to this, there is currently no option for paying for expedited shipping as per warehouse policy.

Refunds are made in accordance with the following:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and returns may be subject to restocking fees at the sole discretion of eSportsChairs.com. The refund amount depends upon the results of the inspection of the returned product. We are unable to issue refunds for products that have been denied upon delivery, damaged or having missing components. Shipping and handling will not be reimbursed.
In most cases, you will need to request an RMA Number and return shipping address via email in order to return your package. Once you have the number and address, you will write the RMA on the original shipping label (not the box) and place a new shipping label to ship to the warehouse provided.
