As an authorized dealer of DXRacer gaming chair products, eSportsChairs.com offers the full factory warranty on any DXRacer products purchased through us. This includes a lifetime guarantee on the frame of the chair and 2 years on parts, excluding natural wear. Please see below for further details.
Most warranty issues can be resolved with replacement of defective parts. If you receive defective parts including armrests, casters, base, mechanism, backrest, bucket seat, gas lift, etc., please send an email to email@example.com describing your problem.
Returns are accepted on the full chair within 30 days of delivery. Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee as high as 50%, depending on the level of wear, use, damage, etc. the chair has received. For example, a 10% restocking fee would be applied for a chair returned in pristine condition, minus any applicable shipping cost. These rates are up to the sole discretion of eSportsChairs.com
Returns of unused, standard products are acceptable within a 30 day window and may be subject to a restocking fee. Credits for return shipping will not be issued and the buyer is responsible for loss and damage fees if applicable. We highly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking for return shipments. Refunds will be applied in the same manner as they are received (i.e. PayPal, Credit Card, etc.). Damage claims can result in a delayed refund for your return.
If you wish to amend or cancel an order after placement, you must alert us as soon as possible and prior to shipment via email. Any orders that are cancelled or refused will be treated as a return and may be subject to the appropriate fees, including shipping costs, handling charges and processing fees. In the rare event of DOA or damaged products upon delivery, we can work with you to exchange or return your products.
